Established in 1952 by George A. Connolly, the Main Street Denture Clinic has been a successful family practice for over 50 years. Jim Connolly, R.D., has been a licensed Denturist since 1974 and continues to provide quality denture services to patients. Attending continuing education courses each year enables Jim Connolly to stay at the forefront of Denture technology and allows him to provide optimal care to his patients. He continues to receive training for advances in cosmetic prosthetics (full and partial dentures), implants, business management, and patient relations. Jim Connolly is also dedicated to serving the Denturist profession. He is an active member, having held executive positions with both the Denturist Association of B.C. and the College of Denturists of BC. His involvement has been instrumental in the on-going development of the Denturist Profession. At the Main Street Denture Clinic we strive to make your dental experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Good communication is essential to forming a satisfactory relationship. Protecting Your Health Over the years, patient health protection has become an increasing public concern. The discovery of the AIDS (HIV) virus and the on-going issues with Hepatitis-B, has led to the need for increased sterilization and disinfection throughout the health care community. Here at Main Street Denture Clinic, patient health protection is a top priority. The Denturist is trained in proper infection control and asepsis, has been vaccinated against Hepatitis-B virus and is certified in CPR. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding infection control. Protecting Your Privacy At the Main Street Denture Clinic all of your medical records and any personal information you provide are kept strictly confidential. Also, in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Privacy Protection Act of BC, we have made security arrangements to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. |
