Here's how the program works: In appreciation for any referral that attends an appointment for a comprehensive examination and consultation, we will gratefully give you $100.00 off your next major service. Your referred friend will receive their consultation at no charge. We appreciate your trust and confidence in our care. You are a valued patient and we want to recognize and reward you when you take the time and effort to refer someone to our practice.
